Motivational Interviewing

Several OTs also cited a Motivational Interviewing training as another impactful tool in their belt. Finding a motivational interviewing training can help you to connect better with parents and caregivers, while giving you a new way to approach your communication strategy as an OT. Again, seek local opportunities and check with your organization if you are part of one. Linked below is one example.
